- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup vanilla- or original- flavored refrigerated almond, coconut or soy milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, stir together oats, juice drink and milk; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, stir and divide oat mixture among 4 bowls; top with pecans and dried cranberries.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla can be substituted for the other milks.
Tip: Recipe can easily be divided in half or quartered for 2 or 1 servings.
