- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Using your hands, mix and form into balls. It may be easiest to do this after chilling the mixture for a bit.
Arrange energy balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set (about 1 hour).
